Each weekly session will last 1.5hr and will be simple and nourishing:
🌀 Relational practices to help us feel more connected
🌀 A mini “offers & needs” market to share our projects and dreams and find potential collaborators
🌀 Parts work & somatic practices (super easy, no experience needed)
A space where we can:
🌸 Show up as we are, without fixing or performinag
🌸 Feel grounded and at home in community
🌸 Practice being real with each other — listening, sharing, laughing, whatever’s alive
🌸 Share our creations and receive support (only if it feels good)
My intention is that you will leave each call with:
💫 A little more connection — with yourself and others
💫 Confidence in naming what you need and what you offer
💫 A softer trust in exchanging support, ideas, or care
💫 Fresh inspiration, and maybe even a new collaborator
You don’t need to be “ready” or polished in any way — just you, as you are.
